RA National Assembly Ends Work of Session

On December 21, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary sitting.

The draft law on Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code and the package of the enclosed draft laws was debated in the second reading and completely passing. The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan has noted that the RA NA deputies presented recommendations after the first reading.

Artur Hovhannisyan also presented for debate in the second reading and completely passing the draft law on Amending the RA Judicial Code and the package of the enclosed draft laws.

The RA NA Deputy Speaker Mikayel Melkumyan, the RA NA deputies Naira Zohrabyan, Nikol Pashinyan, Edmon Marukyan and Gevorg Kostanyan expressed their viewpoints.

The draft laws on Amending the RA Law on Inspection Bodies and on State Duty, the bills on Amending the RA Family Code, on Amending the RA Law on Energy Saving and Restoring Energy, on Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government and the enclosed package of bills.

The parliament by voting passed the debated all bills and the legislative packages.

Under the sounds of the RA anthem the RA National Assembly ended the work of the second session of the sixth convocation.
